imbalance. His request was judged to be a potential imbalance in
itself, because it provoked the Weave.”

see. And yet, in the case of the Nomads, that makes no sense. They
can touch the Warp, and have, on more than one occasion. I would
have thought that would arouse the Forest's curiosity.”
