“And his Lordship
wont be able to follow me?” Raven asks.
“He wont know the
door exists until you step through, because it's a new door. He'll
only become aware of it when it's used, and once it has been used it
will dissolve.”
“Good,” says Raven,
taking the chalk. “I'll be on my way then.”
He reaches for the
handle but the Author puts a hand out to stop him. “The door can
only be used by the person who drew it, and anyone they're touching.
This door will not work for you. Besides, I believe there is a
better route out of the market for you, one that wont be watched at
all.”
